HAPPY RETIREMENT TO JULIE!!! 17 years ago I decided to leave the dental field and endeavor into the Insurance world alongside my Mom; Julie Couwenberg. This week not only marks a milestone, it brings many emotions of happiness, excitement, anxiety and sadness as our work relationship comes to an end. Mom, your many years of hard work, dedication, leadership, perseverance and success have provided me the opportunity to grow and strive for the same success you have. You have so much to be proud of. You have built success from day 1. You have endured hardship and continued building success and you have not only been not a successful business leader, you have been a valued member of the community. Mom, I wish you a retired life filled with days of amazing merriments and blessings and great luck and happiness in all you do in your retired career! Enjoy your Retirement Julie!! Julie and I go back a long way… growing up in Otterville. We went to the same public school and high school and were at many functions together. I am happy for you Julie, enjoy your freedom!! I am only a phone call away and would be happy to visit or have you over for a visit anytime and share some laughs. I was hired at Norwich Insurance in May of 2019 and we reconnected just like always. So glad to have shared so many past memories with you as well as “work” memories! We have many more to make and I’m sure they will be full of laughter. I’m very honoured to be the first male to work here in over 20 years, why you thought I’d be a great fit I’ll never know! But you took a chance on someone who didn’t have an insurance background and I really appreciated it!
