In December 2017, the Corporation 1129337 Ontario Inc. which operates as Norwich Insurance Brokers
was purchased by three of our insurance partners:
Dufferin Mutual Insurance Company, Portage Mutual Insurance Company and Caradoc Townsend Mutual Insurance Company,
who all own equal shares of the Brokerage. All three companies are Canadian Mutual Insurance Companies and
have each been in operation for over 100 years.
